We want every capable producer in Bangladesh to trade with any buyer in the world transparently, with proof, and at a profit.
That's our vision. Our mission is practical: bring small and mid-sized buyers' orders to verified factories, complete each order on time and to standard with evidence at every stage, and keep each factory's own buyer relationships safe.
We started with a marketplace idea. The field told us otherwise.
Our first plans looked like a marketplace: supplier listings, premium packages and a large agent network.
Then we talked to factories and buyers. Factories told us they don't want another open marketplace. They want verified buyers. Buyers told us they don't want more supplier lists. They want someone accountable for the order.
So we rebuilt the company around a simple sequence: service first, software second, network third, marketplace last. We earn trust by running real orders well, and only then turn what we've learned into software.

Service first. Software second. Network third. Marketplace last.
Each layer opens only after the one before it has proven itself with real, paying orders. Spending on the next phase is tied to passing a written stage gate.
| Layer | What it is | For | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1 Managed Sourcing | Quote → sample → production → QC → shipment, with AristoTrade accountable | International buyers, later national brands | Now |
| L2 Trust Layer | Supplier verification, inspection reports, facility IDs, compliance vault | Everyone | After first orders |
| L3 Buyer Portal | RFQ submission, order tracking, reports and invoices in one place | Buyers | After 5+ paying buyers |
| L4 Network | Diaspora trade ambassadors and upazila nodes, piloted small first | Partners, artisans | Later stage |
| L5 Factory OS | Software for factories to run their own orders, only after an independent firewall review | Factories, buying houses | Later stage |
| L6 Finance Partnership | Trade finance through bank or fintech partners, based on transaction history | Factories, MSMEs | Later stage |
How we keep ourselves honest
| Daily | Order status and risk check (15 minutes) |
| Weekly | KPI review, RFQ pipeline, lessons-learned log |
| Monthly | Cash and "default alive" check, supplier scorecards, advisor update covering both good and bad news |
| Quarterly | Objectives, benchmark review, stage-gate review with written Go / Pivot decision |
| Monthly scan | Regulatory changes (EU, UN LDC, Bangladesh sector bodies), checked against official sources |
What we'll measure, and report
- Export value facilitated: FOB completed through AristoTrade, from order records
- First-time exporters: MSMEs that had never exported directly before
- Women's participation: share of women workers in partner factories and artisan groups, baseline first
- CAPA closure rate and on-time payment to suppliers
Learn from the best, copy nobody. Each part of our process is modelled on a proven reference practice (for example AQL inspection reporting, open facility IDs and GS1 product identifiers) and adapted to small orders. Our own rules on protected commerce and No Hidden Commission are never weakened to match anyone else's model.
We count only what can be proven from order logs, payroll or bank records. A supplier listing is not a job.
