Every order is tagged "AristoTrade-sourced" or "Factory-own" from day one, and the tag can never be changed.

Buyer information on your own orders is invisible to our sales team: role-based access, audit log, and an independent annual review.
Your data is yours
Export your data any time. We use open standards like Open Supply Hub IDs, never a lock-in.

We verify on the ground and accept credible third-party audits you already have, including Better Work Bangladesh assessments. We track every audit with its expiry date and review the tier when an audit lapses. Tiers are earned and can be lost.

Trade licence, association membership, Open Supply Hub ID (if you have one), photos.
Verified
On-site visit, capacity and machinery check, RSC safety status (RMG), one sample passed.
Audited
Valid third-party social audit (SLCP, amfori BSCI, SMETA, WRAP or equivalent). LWG sources for leather.
Preferred
3+ orders, on-time ≥90%, first-pass inspection ≥90%, no open CAPA.
Supplier scorecard
Every partner is scored after each order. Starting weights (reviewed after six months of real data):

A score below 60 pauses new orders until the issue is fixed. An open CAPA also pauses the next order until it is closed. Our target for Verified factories is a first-pass inspection rate of ≥90%. We'll publish the actual rate once we have enough orders.
What we check on day one
- Trade licence and membership of your sector's association: BGMEA (woven), BKMEA (knit), LFMEAB (leather, bags, footwear), JDPC (jute), BANGLACRAFT (handicrafts). Membership alone isn't proof of standards
- Cross-check against the EPB exporter database. An EPB listing alone doesn't make a factory "Verified"
- RSC registration and fire/electrical safety status for RMG factories
- Open Supply Hub facility ID, created with you if you don't have one
- Capacity, machinery and realistic MOQ
- Declaration on child labour and forced labour (zero tolerance), with random checks
What we will never do
- Take hidden commission
- Mark up your price to the buyer without disclosure
- Approach your own buyers
- Ship goods that haven't passed QC under your name
- Lock up your data
- Run bidding wars that squeeze your margin
What's at your cost
- Rework or replacement if goods fail AQL against the golden sample
- Cost of CAPA actions for non-conformances in your process
And what isn't: if the buyer changes the specification, that cost is the buyer's, and it's written into the contract before production.
Your first export, done safely
We offer a first chance to export, quality training, and payment on the agreed schedule.
We're also strict: no product is exported without passing QC, and advances are limited. That may sound tough, but it protects you most, because one failed shipment can damage the reputation of a whole cluster.
