A small order in Bangladesh is possible when someone takes responsibility for it.
We take that responsibility, and we show you the proof at every step: which factory, what it costs, what was inspected, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Who we're built for
- Small and mid-sized fashion brands sourcing knit basics
- Corporate merchandise and promotional teams ordering branded totes and apparel
- Buyers in the UK, Saudi Arabia and the UAE (our first markets), with EU markets opening as our Audited-tier factory base grows
- Orders from about $20,000 FOB get the most value from our fee. Smaller orders are welcome at the $1,200 minimum
Want factory identities kept hidden from you? Then we're not the right partner. Full disclosure is one of our core rules.
What you need, and how we provide it
Every row is a written commitment in our service agreement, not a marketing promise.
| What you need | What AristoTrade provides |
|---|---|
| A reliable partner that takes small orders | Full service on small orders for a published minimum fee. No "come back when you're bigger". |
| To know who the factory is | An anonymous capability profile at quote stage, then the factory's full name, location and audits before you pay for a sample or place a PO. |
| A fast quote | A quote within 72 hours of a qualified RFQ, with costings from three factories and a written reason for our recommendation. |
| Quality you can rely on | An approved golden sample, a PP meeting, inline inspection at 20–30% of production, and final AQL inspection 2–3 days before shipment, all with photos. Goods ship only on a pass. |
| Proof of compliance | SLCP, amfori BSCI, SMETA or WRAP audits where available. LWG sources for leather. RSC safety status for RMG. Open Supply Hub facility ID. |
| Transparent pricing | The factory's price and our fee on separate invoices. Our fee is published on our pricing page. |
| Readiness for future EU rules | Labour evidence (declarations, audits, random checks) on file for every factory, relevant to the EU Forced Labour Regulation from December 2027, which applies to buyers of any size. GS1-ready SKU and batch/material data, ready when textile Digital Product Passports become mandatory (expected ~2028). Regulatory watch |
| A plan for when things go wrong | A written claim and CAPA process, with responsibilities agreed before production starts. |
How we differ from the alternatives
Relationships are valuable. Opacity isn't.
Buying houses bring local presence and relationships. But commission is often taken from both sides without disclosure, factory identities stay hidden, and small orders get low priority.
- Factory identity disclosed before sample or PO
- No hidden commission: anything from both sides is disclosed to both, in writing
- Evidence from every stage shared with you
- A minimum fee that makes small orders worth prioritising
Huge reach, no one accountable
Open marketplaces list thousands of suppliers but push everyone toward the lowest price, and quality is your problem. Facebook and WhatsApp wholesale groups are fast, but that's where small buyers get cheated most.
- Every quoting factory has been visited and verified
- One accountable partner from quote to shipment
- Independent inline and final inspection
- We don't run bidding wars that squeeze factory margins and quality
Free, until one order goes wrong
Sourcing directly costs nothing upfront. But without on-the-ground verification and inspection, one failed shipment can cost you a season of rework, air freight, discounts and lost customers.
- On-site factory verification before any quote
- Merchandiser managing sampling, PP meeting and materials
- Photo-backed AQL reports before you release shipment
- Documentation handled: invoice, packing list, B/L, CO
Your money is protected by how we're structured
We never hold your goods money
You pay the factory directly by LC or TT (Master/Back-to-Back LC or Sales Contract). We don't run escrow and we don't touch product payments.
Our fee, separately invoiced
40% on order confirmation, 60% on shipment (Net-30), paid through the banking channel under a written service agreement.
No commitment before your commitment
We commit a factory to your order only after your advance or LC is confirmed, so nobody is left carrying unfunded risk.
Who pays for what, agreed before production
Disputes happen when responsibility is vague, so we write it down first.
| The standard | The approved golden sample |
| AQL fail | Rework or replacement at the factory's cost |
| Buyer changes spec | Cost of the change is the buyer's |
| Samples | All sample rounds are paid |
| Every non-conformance | Root cause, corrective action, deadline and verification (CAPA) |
What we won't do
- Offer long credit terms (no Net-60/90 on our fee)
- Hide the factory's identity from you
- Ship goods that fail final inspection
- Take commission from the factory without telling you in writing
- Promise savings percentages we haven't measured
- Take orders in categories we haven't opened yet
Honest boundaries protect both sides. If they don't suit you, we'd rather say so now than disappoint you later.
Be one of our first three buyers
We're new, so our first buyers get the most attention we will ever give, and a real say in how we work.
We'll ask for honest feedback after each order and, if you're happy, permission to name you as a reference. You can say no to that and keep every benefit.
Founding Partner
- Founder-led account management on every order
- Priority factory slots in knit basics and totes
- Complete evidence pack for every order
- Direct input into our reports, SOPs and future buyer portal
