AristoTrade Limited is in the process of incorporation in Bangladesh. Until incorporation is complete, the data controller is the founders acting on behalf of AristoTrade Limited (proposed). This notice will be reviewed by legal counsel and updated on incorporation.
Privacy notice
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through our forms, email, WhatsApp or phone: your name, company, contact details, country, and the details of your product request or factory profile.
This website doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Our forms don't store your data on a web server. They prepare an email or WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and manage orders you ask us to manage
- To verify factories and match them to buyer requests
- To keep records required by law, including banking, tax and foreign-exchange documentation
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data
- Add you to a marketing list without your permission
- Send commercial email to purchased or scraped contact lists
- Share a factory's own buyer information with our sales team (our commercial firewall)
Who we share it with
Only as needed to deliver the service you asked for. For example, a buyer's specification is shared with the factories quoting on it, and, once a buyer proceeds, the factory's identity is disclosed to that buyer. We also share data with professional advisers and authorities where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Order and financial records are kept for as long as Bangladeshi law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. If you're in the EU or UK, we handle your data in line with GDPR principles, and you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We follow the data-protection law that applies in Bangladesh.

Website terms
Information on this site
This site describes our services, fees and operating rules. Service commitments (such as reply and quote times) are targets we work to. Binding terms for any order are those in the written quote and service agreement you sign.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell goods. AristoTrade provides sourcing services. Goods are sold by the factory to the buyer under their own contract, and paid for directly.
No guarantees beyond our agreements
We don't guarantee commercial outcomes, savings or results beyond what is written in a signed service agreement. Regulatory information (for example about EU rules or LDC graduation) is general and may change. Please check official sources before relying on it.
Fees
Published fees apply to new quotes from the date shown on the pricing page. The fee for any specific order is the one stated in its written quote.
Non-circumvention
Service agreements with buyers and factories include a time-limited (12–24 month) non-circumvention clause covering introductions made through AristoTrade. The exact term is stated in each agreement.
Trademarks and third-party names
"AristoTrade" and the AristoTrade logo are marks of AristoTrade (trademark registration in progress). Names of standards and organisations (such as SLCP, amfori BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, Better Work, OEKO-TEX, LWG, RSC, Open Supply Hub, GS1 and EPB) are used only to describe standards we reference. They do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
