Factory owners, MSMEs, artisans and workers in partner factories can report a problem, including about AristoTrade itself.

- 30-day target for resolution, with an update to you along the way
- No retaliation. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is prohibited under our Supplier Code of Conduct
